Welcome!

Hi and welcome to MyBrandOfHeroin.com! My name is Hannah and I am one of two owners, the other one being Lauren.

We plan on making this a sort of fan site, moderately small and massively sweet until we get more time, as fan sites generally require a lot of spare time that we do not currently have. In the mean time, we started a clique for Twilight lovers of all kind. We got kind of frustrated because if we wanted to join a fanlisting (nothing against them, we both love them) for the Twilight…well…enterprise I suppose, we would have to join a ton of fanlistings and have a ton of buttons and text links linking everyone.

Instead, we thought by having a general clique, Twilight lovers of all kind could come together without having to join tens of thousands of other things. We like being linked back of course, but you aren’t absolutely required to, we’ll cut some slack. However, if you have a website it is very highly recommended that you add a button so other Twilighters can see and join too!

Our goals for right now are:
- Make the loading time a lot faster by figuring out how to image map only the buttons (which I think I just figured out mentally…hm) so the entire layout doesn’t take hours to load
- Add site pages, a page on Stephenie Meyer (we were thinking about just quoting her website or something mostly and then adding in other input from us to make sure we got her right as she’s like…amazing)
- Finish the clique (I’ve already made the buttons, just need the forms which means a lovely installation of Enthusiast!) Done!
- And generally just work on it…

See, we both have personal sites/blogs that we need to keep up as well, so this site will be taking a back seat to those. Also, we absolutely do not plan on adding a gallery of any kind, as there are many absolutely lovely ones including the fantastic BellaAndEdward.com. We love them, and really respect them so we don’t want to step on any toes.

The main idea of the content (like…not the Visitor section) will be information. In the past, we have looked for fan sites that contain a lot of information on Twilight and came up pretty dry. We want people to be able to have a one stop source of info on everything Twilightesque. (Aside from like…news and galleries…which, once again, there are better places to get this kind of information).
